7 tips for healthy and long hair

1. DO NOT WASH YOUR HAIR TOO OFTEN

5. DO YOU SEE SPLIT ENDS? CALL YOUR HAIRDRESSER!
Do not wait any longer to call your hairdresser than necessary. This is because a split hair tip grows upwards and your hair becomes thinner. The longer you wait with a haircut, the more of your hair is cut off.
6. CHOOSE STYLING PRODUCTS
Your hair has a lot to go on and can, therefore, use some protection. Think about the heat of your hair dryer or hair straightener and drying out your hair during vacation. Always use styling products that protect your hair. Another plus: styling products usually smell super nice!

Boost your hair by using a hair mask every week. Did you know that you can easily make a hair mask yourself? All you need for this: Greek yogurt, avocado, honey and a dash of olive oil. Apply it to dry hair and leave it for 15 minutes, rinse it with shampoo and conditioner. Easy as it is!
