6 tips to prevent hair loss
The weather changes will make your hair duller and brittle. It is, therefore, possible that you will suddenly have a lot more problems with hair loss and hair loss. Of course, it remains annoying, but you can do something about it… Use the tips below to prevent or reduce hair loss!
DRINK MORE WATER
Water is good for our skin, but also for our hair! By drinking a lot of water you can prevent hair loss. Do you find it difficult to drink enough?
USE CASTOR OIL OR COCONUT OIL AS A HAIR MASK
Put two tablespoons of castor oil or coconut oil in a bowl and massage the oil on your scalp. Give yourself a good hair massage of about 15 minutes (occasionally hang on its head for the blood circulation) until your whole scalp is covered with oil. You can lubricate the rest of the oil through the tips of your hair. Then let the oil withdraw all night and wash out the next morning with shampoo.
WASH ONCE EVERY THREE DAYS
Wash your hair once every three days a week to remove all the dirt. By keeping your hair clean you avoid hair loss. But it is also important not to wash your hair more than three times a week, because it breaks down natural oils that are essential for healthy hair growth!
DO NOT RUB YOUR HAIR DRY WITH A TOWEL
You may think that a towel is the quickest and easiest way to dry your hair. It may be that, but it is also the worst thing you can do about your hair. It can cause hair beech. What can you do better? Squeeze your hair dry with your hands and then let it dry naturally.
You could probably have guessed this, but heat is simply not very beneficial for our hair. So also to prevent hair loss, it is best to minimize your hair curling, styling or blow-drying.
DO NOT WEAR A TIGHT KNOT
A tight hairdo is also not conducive to hair loss. Better wear your hair loose or in a messy bun!
